Billing and Collections Specialist

To support accounting and financial operations, the part-time Billing and Collections Specialist will manage accounts receivable, ensure timely collection of outstanding debts, and maintain positive client relationships while working remotely. Key Responsibilities: Manage process for collecting customer payments per invoice terms Handle inbound and outbound e-mail and call communications Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving disputes Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Billing and Collections experience Proven experience in collections Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis tools, such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
