Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Assessment: Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, symptoms, and needs, utilizing clinical tools and standardized assessments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Franciscan Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse mix of clients, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and eating disorders. You will help clients not only understand their mental health challenges but also equip them with practical tools to cope and thrive in their daily lives. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
