Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will undertake a diverse set of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, which will inform the development of personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Administering various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address each client's unique mental health needs.
