Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients, utilizing telehealth methods to provide effective support and treatment.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions through virtual platforms, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress within our Electronic Health Records (EHR) and practice management system to track outcomes and facilitate informed care.

• Engage and collaborate with schools and community organizations, developing a network of resources to support client's ongoing mental health needs.

• Develop culturally sensitive treatment plans that are reflective of clients' diverse backgrounds and values, promoting inclusion in all therapeutic practices.

• Write comprehensive progress notes and treatment summaries post-session to ensure continuity of care and accountability.

• Assist clients experiencing crises by providing immediate intervention, connecting them to appropriate resources, and coordinating follow-up care.

• Stay abreast of the latest best practices in mental health care, incorporating new strategies and therapeutic approaches as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Clinical Social Worker will primarily work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and families. You will address a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma recovery. Your role is pivotal in building trusting relationships, which are essential for effective treatment outcomes. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
