Director of Property Management

This role is crucial for overseeing the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring each property remains well-maintained, compliant with all regulations, and perfectly aligned with ownership objectives. The Director will play a pivotal part in enhancing overall property performance and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The TL;DR Role: Full Time Type: Full-time Location: Hybrid, Malvern, PA Mission: Oversee the day-to-day management of a property portfolio, ensuring properties are well-maintained, compliant, and aligned with ownership objectives. Tech Stack: property management software, basic office applications What You’ll Actually Do Portfolio Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and aligned with ownership objectives. Lease Administration: Supervise lease administration processes and maintain accurate records and reports related to property documentation and compliance. Operations & Finance: Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors, monitor budgets and operating expenses, and manage financial reporting for property portfolios. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve tenant issues, support leasing initiatives, and enhance overall property performance. Performance Improvement: Review property performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices for customer service and commercial real estate operations. The Must-Haves Background: Director-level expertise in property management, including oversight of building operations and vendor coordination. A PA Real Estate License is required. Experience: Demonstrated experience with Lease Administration and related documentation, ensuring accurate records and compliance. Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control for property portfolios. Skills: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants and clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, including proficiency with property management software and basic office applications. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and make data-informed decisions.
