Private Credit Operations, Senior | Boston, MA A leading global investment management firm is seeking a Private Credit Operations, Senior to support the full private credit investment lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, entrepreneurial private markets team and work cross-functionally with investment, legal, compliance, fund administration, and operations professionals. Compensation: $95,000-105,000+ bonus Onsite Schedule: 3 days/week (Tues/Weds/Thurs) Key Responsibilities: Support the full private credit lifecycle, including deal execution, settlements, loan administration, amendments, and payoffs. Coordinate with custodians, agents, fund administrators, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processing. Review private credit loan documentation and capture key operational terms. Support trade execution, new security setup, compliance, and data integrity across internal systems. Investigate and resolve settlement, payment, and agency discrepancies. Assist with process improvements, operational controls, and firmwide private markets initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of private credit operations experience supporting the full investment lifecycle. Experience reviewing private credit loan documents, including credit agreements, amendments, and payoffs. Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and manipulate data. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
