Key Performance Objectives for the Account Manager: Maximize account potential and exceed quarter over quarter, year over year revenue growth and profitability goals. Develop new business opportunities that align with our ideal client profile that result in long term, mutually beneficial partnerships. Serve as a conduit to coordinate customer requests and resolve escalated issues, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. Salary & Benefits: Incredible team to work with, great culture and Winning Mindset $75,000 - $100,000+ First year annual salary. Salary plus commission thereafter – Initial salary commensurate with education and experience, commission commensurate with YOUR success Monthly Vehicle allowance Cell phone, laptop and all the tools you need to win Medical, dental, vision and life insurances 401(k) with generous $1 for $1 company match, up to 6% of your salary with no vesting schedule Paid holidays Paid time off Tuition assistance Requirements The ideal Account Manager: Must be an absolute "Go Getter" with a will to win and a drive to succeed High School Diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred 2+ years of outside sales experience Experience in the rental industry is a plus Excellent understanding of construction and industrial type equipment Salesforce CRM or other CRM experience Great presentation skills and don’t mind getting out in front Technologically savvy. You’ll use computers, cell phones, and other cool techy stuff Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Must be able and willing to drive extensively throughout geographical area, must be able to work around construction and Industrial type environments, lift 35+ lbs.
