Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire (6–12 Months)

We're hiring 5 Accounts Receivable Specialists to join a fast-paced Corporate Finance team. What You'll Be Doing

• Manage customer accounts and outstanding invoices.
• Contact customers by phone and email regarding past-due balances.
• Process payments and maintain accurate account records.
• Research and resolve billing questions.
• Work closely with Operations and internal teams to resolve account issues.
• Reconcile customer payments and update aging reports.
• Learn industry-leading accounting systems and business processes.
• Help improve cash flow by keeping customer accounts up to date.

What We're Looking For

Ideal for recent graduates with a degree in:

• Accounting
• Finance
• Business Administration
• Economics or a related business field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply!)
• Internship, co-op, campus work, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills—you'll spend time speaking with customers by phone and email.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Microsoft Excel experience.
