Associate Attorney (Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Administration)

A growing Southern California law firm is seeking a Spanish-speaking Associate Attorney (No Billable, No Litigation) to join its Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration practice.

Locations in Downey and Brea California

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license required
• Fluent Spanish required
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and professional
• Comfortable working with families and elderly clients

Experience

• Open to attorneys junior attorneys who are looking to transition into this practice area
• Newly licensed attorneys encouraged to apply
• Attorneys transitioning from other practice areas welcome
• Estate planning experience preferred but not required; extensive training provided

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients regarding estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters
• Draft wills, trusts, petitions, and related legal documents
• Assist with probate and trust administration cases
• Attend probate hearings as needed
• Conduct legal research and file review

Compensation & Benefits

• $110,000 - $160,000+ base salary
