Staff Accountant

Responsibilities Prepare and post routine and month-end journal entries, including accruals, prepaid expenses, and depreciation Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness Review and process employee travel and expense reports Support billing activities related to third-party and special transaction types Prepare and file sales and use tax returns on a recurring basis Maintain schedules related to corporate and excise taxes Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Income Statement Support ongoing accounting projects and process improvements as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience Working knowledge of QuickBooks or similar general ledger systems Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Strong written and verbal communication skills If you are interested, send your resume in Word format. #J-18808-Ljbffr
