Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, using effective techniques to promote positive mental health. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Developing personalized treatment plans while setting measurable goals for client progress.

• Facilitating therapy sessions both individually and in a group format, focusing on relational dynamics and conflict resolution.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to address issues such as alcohol abuse, family conflicts, grief, and adjustment to significant life changes.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support for your clients’ mental and physical health needs.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes in our client management system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinical practice serves a diverse population, including adults and adolescents facing challenges related to family dynamics, personal crises, and various psychological conditions. We work with clients experiencing difficulties due to alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, and adjustments to separation or divorce, among other issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background and active credentials to deliver therapy in Texas:
