Overview Board Certified Behavior Analyst — Gunnison, Colorado, US We are currently seeking a BCBA to join our team. Our BCBAs oversee a caseload of clients in Gunnison, provide training and mentorship to developing RBTs, and coordinate/collaborate with parents, schools, and community members in Gunnison. What This Role Looks Like: Carry a manageable caseload of 8–10 clients in a supportive clinic environment Base 3-5 days per week in-person at our clinic Optional 1 day per week virtual (remote) to serving a rural Colorado community Create and lead individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Supervise RBTs and mentor junior team members Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers Be part of a team that sees you, supports you, and helps you grow We are looking for candidates who: Hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree and BCBA certification (Required) Have worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for at least two year A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and adults alike A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills A lifelong passion for learning, and a desire to serve underserved communities Valid driver's license, current insurance, MVR record, and background check Compensation & Schedule: $60,000 base salary for 4-day/week 32 hour schedule Make up to $83,000+ in wages for a 5-day 40 hour schedule and full caseload Daytime hours only – no nights or weekends for a better work-life balance Our Competitive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K Retirement plan employer match program Supplemental Insurance option (Including paid maternity leave option) Employee Assistance Program Professional Development funds and free CEUs Travel benefits, and ability to be actively involved in on-going business planning Weekly clinical training and mentorship Trans-disciplinary collaboration and opportunities for growth Strong potential for career advancement at all levels Interested candidates should submit a cover letter, resume, and at least three professional references. #J-18808-Ljbffr
