Director of Operations

Responsibilities Lead branch operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistent execution of production, quality, and safety standards. Coach, develop, and hold Branch Managers accountable for operational performance and leadership effectiveness. Monitor scheduling, manpower utilization, and production capacity to ensure installation commitments are met. Conduct regular field visits, jobsite inspections, and branch reviews to verify execution and resolve operational issues. Review KPIs and performance metrics, implement corrective action plans, and drive continuous operational improvement. Enforce company processes and operating standards while supporting growth initiatives and new branch expansion efforts. Qualifications 7–10 years of multi-branch or regional operations leadership experience within residential construction, plumbing, or a related field services environment. Proven ability to lead field operations, drive accountability, and improve operational performance across multiple locations. Strong knowledge of production scheduling, manpower planning, and installation quality management. Experience developing leaders and building high-performing branch teams. Comfortable working in the field regularly and addressing performance issues directly and professionally. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
