BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER – SKILLED NURSING FACILITY

RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Manage daily business office functions: billing, collections, deposits, resident accounts, trust funds, and petty cash. 

• Oversee Outpatient Department 

• Collaborate with clinical and billing teams for accurate financial records. 

• Assist residents and families with billing inquiries. 

• Process Medicaid applications and ensure compliance. 

• Prepare reports, reconcile accounts, and support audits. 

QUALIFICATIONS  

• Minimum 2 years SNF business office experience. 

• Skilled in private pay billing, collections, and trust fund management. 

• Strong knowledge of long-term care financial processes. 

• Excellent organizational and communication skills. 

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines professionally.

• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC). 

• Supervisory or management background. 

• Familiarity with New York Medicaid.
