Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in the Utica-Rome (Upstate NY) area, with opportunities to work remotely on a flexible basis. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities and fostering relationships with prospective and existing clients. Daily tasks will include driving sales growth, crafting personalized solutions for clients, developing strategies to meet revenue goals, and attending client meetings. This role will also involve market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and areas for expansion. Qualifications Proven sales and business development skills, including experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation Competence in market research, strategic planning, and competitive analysis Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Understanding of the janitorial supplies industry or B2B sales is preferred Proficiency with CRM tools and related sales management software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a hybrid environment Flexibility to travel locally within the Utica-Rome area as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Utica Spray & Chemical
