You will help to deliver our mission statement and proactively engage with our prospective and existing customers./ph3Objectives of this role:/h3ulliRepresent Ironclad as the first point of interaction for prospective customers, providing an exceptional customer experience in every interaction/liliDrive qualification calls with a consultative approach by having deep knowledge of our products and services to help prospects understand how our solution can add value to their business/liliManage and maintain a pipeline of interested (warm) prospects to identify when there is potential opportunity to engage a sales executive in next steps/liliIdentify best practices for refining the companys lead-generation playbook and collaborate with internal teams to surface feedback from customer interactions/li/ulh3Responsibilities:/h3ulliEffectively manage inbound leads through the funnel with a tight, process-oriented approach in order to drive strong speed-to-lead and conversion rates/liliLeverage Salesforce (CRM) and Outreach (sales engagement tool) to execute on core daily inbound tasks with high attention to detail/liliIdentify the needs of prospects and position the value of Ironclad effectively to generate opportunities for our sales teams/liliBuild trusting relationships with prospects and actively nurture warm leads into sales opportunities/liliProactively identify areas for improvement and help develop a playbook of best practices to scale the inbound motion/li/ulh3Required skills and qualifications:/h3ulliStrong written and verbal communication skills (via email, phone, video)/liliStrong relationship-building skills/liliProven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills/liliHighly adaptable and enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment/liliHas a growth-mindset, is curious and passionate about learning/liliStrong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization/liliExcellent collaboration skills/li/ulh3Preferred skills and qualifications (not required):/h3ulliExperience in a sales or customer-facing role/liliProficiency with Salesforce CRM/liliUnderstanding of sales process and applicable tools/li/ulh3OTE Range: $75,000 - $80,000/h3pThe OTE range represents the minimum and maximum of the OTE range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The OTE offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
