Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs through interviews and clinical evaluations to inform treatment plans.

• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices that promote client autonomy and well-being.

• Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions such as solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other modalities tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring accuracy while complying with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.

• Collaborate regularly with a diverse treatment team of professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other social workers, to ensure integrated and holistic care delivery.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, ensuring they understand their treatment processes, available resources, and coping strategies.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and clinical best practices to continuously enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
