Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs through face-to-face interactions and virtual meetings, ensuring each individual receives personalized care.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic methods and adapting to the diverse backgrounds of clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention efforts as needed, providing immediate support and resources to clients in critical situations.

• Maintain compliance with all professional ethical standards and internal organizational protocols, ensuring quality and safety in service delivery.

• Conduct brief screenings and assessments, coordinating further evaluations as necessary.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting care plans and services as required to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Prepare accurate and timely documentation and caseload reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Provide on-call coverage during and after hours, addressing urgent client needs as they arise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
