This full-time position offers a completely remote workspace, allowing counselors the flexibility to manage their schedules from the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on providing mental health services to stable, low-acuity adults. Clients present with a diverse array of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a related counseling field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued license to practice independently as a mental health counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, PsyD) is mandatory. We do not provide supervision for provisional licenses.

• No history of disciplinary actions or limited/provisional licenses.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to connect and empathize with clients.

• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience providing therapy in a remote setting or utilizing telehealth technologies will be favored. Familiarity with a range of treatment modalities and client demographics can be an advantage in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges between USD 90,000 and USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
