Years of experience REQ: 2 years
HCHB experience and Home Care experience
Types of Cases: All Dx discharges from Hospitals, MD offices and SNF's
License REQ: MD license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
Certifications REQ: BLS
Charting System: HomeCare & HomeBase experience
