As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with leaders across the organization, with a particular focus on supporting our Customer Support and Customer Success teams.You will have a direct impact on Klaviyo’s continued growth, helping shape our culture and business through the talented, driven, and empathetic people you bring into the company. You’ll take ownership of the recruiting process and your results, using data and insights to make our hiring more effective and efficient while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience.As a Senior Recruiter, you will act as a trusted talent partner to our Customer Support and Customer Success organizations, helping us attract and hire exceptional talent as these teams continue to scale.How you'll make a difference:Own Your Process: From sourcing passive candidates to closing offers, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle and provide every candidate with an exceptional experience. You’ll ensure Klaviyo is engaging with and hiring exceptional people who can help take our Customer Support and Customer Success organizations to the next level.Improve Our Process: We’re not perfect, but we do like to recognize and improve those imperfections. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility. Your recruiter can provide more details about the specific salary/OTE range for your preferred location during the hiring process.Base Pay Range For US Locations:$80—$90 USDThis role may require up to 10% travel for purposes such as new hire onboarding, client or partner work if applicable, team meetings, and industry events.
