HR Operations Manager

Leading the organization's Employee Relations and HR Operations functions, the fully remote HR Operations Manager will manage corrective action processes, oversee payroll and compliance, and partner with leaders on employee relations matters. Key responsibilities Own and manage the end-to-end corrective action process, coaching managers on performance concerns and documentation Serve as the central owner of all Employee Relations matters, conducting investigations and advising on employee conduct Provide operational oversight across HR functions, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with policies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in Employee Relations and HR Operations Demonstrated ability to manage investigations and complex employee situations independently Experience leading HR Operations functions, including Payroll and HRIS Proven people leadership experience, including coaching and developing team members
