Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Oversee daily Accounts Payable operations and keep the team focused on key priorities
• Evaluate workloads and adjust assignments to address backlogs and changing business needs
• Ensure invoices, payments, and other AP activities are processed accurately and within established timelines
• Troubleshoot issues and serve as a resource for more complex AP questions
• Work alongside the team and assist with transaction processing during high-volume periods
• Support the training and integration of new AP team members
• Drive consistency, follow-through, and accountability within the department

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
• Strong experience needed to manage accounting and accounts payable.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management
• Experience leading or mentoring accounting staff and managing month-end close activities
