Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a vital role in our clinical team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive family and individual assessments to identify mental health needs and customize treatment planning.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, as well as individual sessions to address personal and relational concerns.

• Using evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflict, and psychological trauma.

• Building therapeutic alliances with clients to encourage open communication and foster positive changes.

• Participating in case discussions with the clinical team to ensure holistic care and collaborative approaches to treatment.

• Documenting treatment progress and outcomes using our digital health records system to maintain compliance and provide continuity of care.

Your client focus will involve a diverse array of patients, including both individuals and families dealing with various challenges. Your expertise will be utilized for:

• Families experiencing emotional distress due to job stress, medical issues, or significant life changes, including separation and divorce.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a relevant setting, demonstrating competence and professionalism.
