Receptionist

Receptionist Position in Carlsbad, CA

LHH has partnered with an established business in North San Diego who is looking for a Receptionist to join their team! The ideal candidate for this position will have top-notch customer service and communication skills and be reliable. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist all visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional front desk experience
• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate team members
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Maintain front desk organization and oversee general office tidiness
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
• Manage and update customer and visitor logs, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information
• Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
• Monitor office supplies and assist with ordering when needed
• Support day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth front desk workflow
• Additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of Receptionist, Customer Service, Administrative or related experience preferred
• Familiar with Insurance or related industry preferred
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Can work well independently with little supervision, in a busy environment
• Prioritize and manage time efficiently between answering phone calls and administrative duties
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and positive attitude!
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Compensation:

• $23.00-$24.00 per hour
• Contract to Hire

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Full Time, 40 hours a week
• 7:00am-4:00pm
• Fully onsite in their Carlsbad office
