Must have excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills and maintain a high level of customer service standards. Must have the ability to perform services using proper draping techniques, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all times. Scheduling, dependability, and flexibility are a must./ppReporting to the director of spa, every day is different, but you will mostly:/pulliPromote Regents service philosophy and style through our people attributes./liliUnderstand and adhere to Regent Spa policies and procedures./liliProvide knowledgeable spa services with respect and professionalism./liliMaintain tidy work areas and offer spa facility tours./liliCooperate with guests and colleagues, anticipating needs and upholding service standards./liliReport guest issues to the Spa Manager on Duty./liliConduct daily client outreach and meet retail goals./liliMaintain 20% customer retention./liliEnsure safety, sanitation, and disinfection standards./liliClean and sanitize products, rooms, and equipment as per regulations./liliFollow state licensing regulations and PPE guidelines./liliMake decisions in line with general policies and procedures./li/ulpWhat we need from you:/pulliMinimum 1-3 years of massage therapist experience, within a luxury hotel/resort preferred./liliMust have current CA massage therapy license./liliHigh school diploma or equivalent required./liliAbility to stand for extended periods./liliAbility to stand, stoop, and bend repetitively./liliCarrying, pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 50 pounds./liliProficient in massage theory, anatomy, and physiology./liliPolished, professional, with strong written and verbal English skills./liliOrganized, timely, and detail-oriented./liliBasic computer software skills./liliFlexible schedule including days, nights, holidays, weekends, and on-call availability./li/ulpWhat you can expect from us:/ppThe hourly pay range for this role is $19.57/hr plus commission and gratuity with booked treatments.
