Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication abilities for working with students, staff, and families
• Adept at adapting interventions for diverse student needs

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Assess student needs, develop interventions, and monitor progress toward goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of services and student progress
• Attend IEP meetings as required and contribute thoughtful insight for student growth
• Educate and support staff and families regarding student interventions, accommodations, and strategies
