Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, tailoring personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Utilize secure telehealth platforms to deliver evidence-based therapy services, ensuring the privacy and comfort of clients during sessions.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, guide them through the treatment process, and provide ongoing support and encouragement.

• Incorporate various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Maintain diligent documentation of therapy sessions and client progress using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, ranging from adolescents to adults, who are experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your empathetic approach and strong communication skills will be key in establishing rapport with clients, enabling them to openly share their experiences and work together towards effective solutions.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proven ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic connections with clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and understanding for clients' unique experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance therapy sessions, documentation, and client communications in a remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
