Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Energy company in the Galleria area seeks an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a permanent position with benefits, PTO and a fantastic culture! Starting salary is $50K. Working in office, but flexible working hours. We are seeking candidates with enthusiasm and drive.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones, greeting visitors, ordering office supplies, distribute mail
  • Event planning and supporting various departments
  • Scheduling meetings and special projects
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous event planning experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 2+ years of office support in a corporate setting
  • Bachelors degree preferred, not required
