Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and regularly review progress toward therapeutic goals.

• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling, offering clients and their families guidance during difficult times.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Empower Edge Psychotherapy, you will support a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds, ages, and socio-economic statuses. Your work will primarily focus on those experiencing chronic mental health conditions, life transitions, and situational crises. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required for this position.

• An independent LPC license issued by the state board of Oregon, allowing you to practice as a licensed mental health professional.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to listen and express ideas clearly.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Empower Edge Psychotherapy offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
