To support high-volume and specialized hiring initiatives, the remote Contract Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for critical technical roles, including data science and AI positions, while partnering closely with hiring managers. Key responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements and hiring goals Proactively source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and networking strategies Required qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience Proven success recruiting for Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or similar technical roles Strong understanding of technical terminology and software engineering roles Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
