About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as the strategic operational leader and organizational integrator. The COO will be responsible for executing the long-term growth strategy, maximizing profitability, and scaling company performance. This role is pivotal in creating and maintaining an environment that delivers a market-leading customer experience. The successful candidate will operate as the single point of accountability for the leadership team, ensuring clarity, communication, and consistency across all locations. Key responsibilities include leadership, management, and accountability, as well as the removal of obstacles to execution. The COO will also have full P&L ownership, drive market expansion, and partner with the CEO to execute the company's strategic plan. Candidates for the COO position at the company should be demonstrably aligned with its core values and have 5-8+ years of executive experience in a similar operational leadership role. A background in boutique fitness, luxury hospitality, or a related high-touch customer service industry is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, a proven track record of scaling a multi-location business, and the ability to work within an EOS environment. The role requires a steady, even-keeled leader with the emotional intelligence to balance accountability with nurturing professional relationships. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but an equivalent track record of exceptional operational leadership will be considered. The COO will be expected to be a full-time, local, in-person presence within the DMV area.
