Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain detailed and confidential electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

• Participate in regular team meetings and interdisciplinary case discussions to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Many of our patients may also be dealing with physical health issues such as autoimmune disorders or chronic pain, making your work crucial in addressing their comprehensive health and well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LP (Licensed Psychoanalyst), or Psychologist in New York State.

• Demonstrated experience in working with individuals who possess co-occurring medical and mental health needs.
