Job Description\n GlobalPoint is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: ED - Emergency Department\n Discipline: RN\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 36 hours per week\n Shift: 12 hours, nights\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n \n 299918::OH – RN Emergency Department – Contract | Cleveland, OH\n Specialty: Emergency Room Nurse / Emergency Department / Nursing\n Job Type: Contract\n Contract Term: 13 Weeks\n Schedule: All Shifts\n Guaranteed Hours: No Guarantee\n Requirements:\n Active Ohio RN License\n Minimum 1 year of nursing experience\n Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association\n Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association\n Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association\n Experience with EPIC EMR system\n Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, large Level 1 Trauma Center\n BSN preferred\n TNCC preferred\n Responsibilities:\n Provide direct nursing care to Emergency Department patients, including infants and adults\n Care for ED patients who are boarding or being held for admission\n Assess and monitor patients' conditions and respond promptly to changes\n Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols\n Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced Level 1 Trauma Center environment\n Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans\n Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in EPIC EMR\n Follow infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies\n Maintain current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications throughout the assignment\n Provide weekend and holiday coverage as required\n \n Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Every Other Weekend Required 13-Week Contract No Guaranteed Hours Overtime after 40 hours per weekAbout GlobalPoint\n \n As the top healthcare recruitment agency, GlobalPointfills the gap between the hospitals and the well-qualified nurses.
