Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and clinical judgment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, aligning with each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy and group therapy sessions, to help clients navigate their mental health challenges.

• Monitor and document clients' progress regularly, ensuring treatment plans are adjusted tactically based on evolving needs and feedback.

• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress or crisis situations, utilizing appropriate tools and methods.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems to facilitate documentation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health providers, to ensure holistic client care.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending relevant training and supervision to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge of current mental health research.

Qualifications\n
