This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your own schedule while being part of a supportive and knowledgeable team. Our outpatient office space in Corpus Christi will offer occasional in-person collaboration opportunities, enhancing team synergy and collaboration. With a focus on accessibility and technology, your role will involve using teletherapy tools to provide therapy sessions that accommodate our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and evaluate clients' mood disorders, including the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms, to establish a clear understanding of their mental health challenges.

• Develop customized treatment plans that address individual client goals and preferences, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to enhance their understanding and participation in the treatment process.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective interventions are in place.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical specialists, and other healthcare providers in an integrated care model, ensuring comprehensive treatment for clients.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment to continually enhance therapeutic strategies.
