Business Development Representative (100% Commission) Remote

Job Summary
We're seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Representative to drive growth by identifying and developing new client opportunities. In this fully remote, 100% commission-based role, you'll connect with prospective clients, educate them on our services, and help them choose the right protection. This is a high-impact role perfect for self-starters looking to grow their income and career.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through outreach, referrals, and marketing channels
- Educate prospective clients on insurance solutions and guide them through the process
- Schedule and conduct virtual appointments to assess client needs
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Participate in ongoing training and development

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Prior sales or business development experience is a plus, but not required
- Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain within 30 days
