Inside Sales Specialist

Dedicated to growing the Salon channel, the full-time Inside Sales Specialist will aggressively drive new business acquisition and expand market presence within the salon and professional hair industry through high-volume outreach conducted remotely. Key responsibilities: Execute high-volume outreach by actively prospecting, cold calling, and pitching potential new salon accounts to build a robust sales pipeline Drive account acquisition by owning the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close, consistently achieving and exceeding monthly new account opening quotas Pitch and educate salon owners and decision-makers on Nutrafol's product portfolio and benefits, ensuring a seamless handoff to the Account Management team post-signing Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant sales experience 2-4 years of proven success in an Inside Sales, B2B outbound sales, or business development role with a track record of exceeding quotas Preferred experience in the beauty, salon, luxury retail, or wellness industry selling to professionals or business owners Demonstrated "hunter" mentality with strong objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills over the phone and video Highly organized and self-motivated, comfortable navigating a fast-paced, high-activity digital sales environment
