We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our team at SeaGate Family Dental. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service and patient care. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, presenting treatment plans, discussing financial arrangements, checking patients in and out, and maintaining an efficient front office flow. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong multitasking abilities, and the confidence to help patients understand and move forward with their treatment. Experience with Dentrix Ascend, insurance verification, treatment coordination, and strong computer and organizational skills are preferred.
