About the Job
Fully Licensed Telebehavioral Clinical Provider (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) for Faith Based Agency-Immediate Available Caseload.
Position Type: Contractor.
Location: REMOTE-Work From Home!!
Licensure Required: Must hold an active, unrestricted independent license in California but can live anywhere.
Schedule: Totally Flexible, Make your own Schedule!!You set your own availability and caseload goals.

Absolute Wellness is a modern, fully virtual telebehavioral group practice dedicated to connecting clients with high-caliber, autonomous mental health professionals. We serve as a turn-key administrative launchpad for independent clinicians. By managing the entire business backend, we allow you to focus 100% of your energy exclusively on clinical care.

Administrative Freedom: We handle all marketing, client matching, billing collection, insurance paneling, and administrative scheduling coordination.

Competitive Contract Rates:
Receive a highly competitive, flat fee of $75 per completed 53-minute clinical session.
Zero Overhead: Enjoy the benefits of a thriving group practice caseload without paying directory fees, marketing costs, or merchant processing charges.
What We Look For in an Independent Partner:
Licensure: An active, unrestricted independent license to practice therapy without supervision (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) within the state of California.
Clinical Excellence: Proven experience delivering high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health care in an outpatient setting.
Remote Preparedness: Access to your own reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a secure, private workspace that meets all HIPAA confidentiality standards.
Professional Safeguards: Active professional malpractice liability insurance (or willingness to secure a policy prior to taking on clients).
Tech Competency: Comfort navigating electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard virtual video platforms independently.
