This position is fully remote, allowing our counselors the flexibility to work from anywhere in Elk Grove, California, and beyond. You will be utilizing our state-of-the-art telehealth platform to connect with clients, providing a safe, secure, and confidential therapeutic environment that resonates well with patients. Our telehealth work setting ensures minimal overhead and maximizes efficiency, enabling you to focus on delivering quality care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide unwavering support and guidance to clients and their families, explaining treatment plans and offering strategies to enhance treatment adherence and understanding.

• Leverage resources from public and private agencies, referring clients and/or their families to external services when necessary and actively participating in program development initiatives.
\n
• Address any safety concerns by reporting them to the appropriate mandated reporting agencies, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
\n
• Design, implement, coordinate, and evaluate clinical treatment programs tailored for individuals diagnosed with acute or chronic mental health conditions.
\n
• Conduct outpatient psychotherapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, customizing approaches based on the specific needs and goals of each client.
\n
• Instruct clients and their families on compliance with therapeutic and medication regimens, while potentially employing specialized therapeutic procedures.
\n
• Create and maintain accurate intake summaries, treatment plans, and confidential case records, adhering to state and NCQA standards for documentation.
\n
• Participate in department on-call rotations to provide support during off-hours, as needed.
\n
• Supervise Post Masters Fellows and Associate level clinicians as required, provided you have completed the necessary supervision training course.

Our telehealth model particularly caters to patients who may face barriers to accessing traditional in-person services, including those in rural areas or those with mobility issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Applicants must hold a valid professional license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• Experience in mental health counseling, particularly in telehealth settings, is preferred.

• Ability to adhere to department standards and local, state, and federal regulations to ensure the highest quality of patient care and privacy.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience.
