Today, you’ll introduce practices to a connected healthcare ecosystem:

•Myriad MediPay: Healthcare-exclusive payments and compliance infrastructure.

•Myriad Health: All-in-one practice software, including award-winning MyScribe AI charting and MyComply AI.

•Myriad MedBill: Billing and coding services delivered by experienced healthcare professionals.

•MyRelay AI: Agentic automations and interoperability that connect systems and move work between them.

Together, these solutions help practices reduce outstanding patient balances, streamline insurance collections, improve documentation and support compliance while reducing overhead. Myriad earned the 2026 MedTech Breakthrough award for Best Compliance Management Solution Provider and partners with Payroc on integrated healthcare payments.

For an ambitious business development representative, this is an opportunity to develop expertise in a changing industry and bring something useful to a practice owner’s day. Paid Healthcare Compliance Education Commission (HCEC) training, coaching and access to experienced closers support a written path from Junior Business Development Representative (BDR) to BDR, Senior BDR and Account Executive—earned through performance and certification milestones.

The work and the standard

•Call medical, dental and specialty practices during scheduled calling blocks. Use approved messaging to ask about payment and compliance workflows, then book qualified meetings for the field sales team.

•Confirm practice and appointment details against representative calendars and territories. Document each call and next step, communicate schedule changes and provide a clear handoff.

•Complete HCEC training and certification, apply feedback from coaching and call reviews, and shadow Account Executives to learn how deals close.

This is an outbound sales role. Success takes persistence, preparation and consistent follow-through. Performance is measured across outbound activity (45%), qualified appointments (35%), and sales quality and development (20%). Appointment and efficiency results are evaluated over the latest four full workweeks.

Pay and development

•$50,000–$80,000+ in total annual compensation, including base pay, bonuses and commissions. Actual earnings depend on performance. Guaranteed base pay: $50,000

•Written production and certification milestones for advancement, with direct access to experienced sellers and the founder-led team.

This role reports to the Sales Operations Manager.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Outbound sales, appointment-setting or customer-service experience is preferred.
