Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs, incorporating a range of diagnostic tools.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's specific challenges, objectives, and therapeutic requirements.
• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and relational approaches.
• Collaborate with a robust team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
• Educate and empower clients’ families by providing valuable resources and involving them in the recovery process, promoting a family-centered approach to mental health.
• Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring ethical standards are upheld in all documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Hold a master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of one year of direct mental health counseling experience.
• Experience with group therapy facilitation and knowledge of community resources for additional client support.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and cultural competence in therapy.
• History of working within outpatient settings and familiarity with client-centered treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000.
