Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Allegiance Behavioral Health, you will:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and areas for growth, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Employ a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and systemic therapy, to guide clients toward achieving their personal goals.

• Engage in regular consultations with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate holistic care that addresses clients’ diverse needs.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and progress within our practice management software, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and family dynamics. Your role is pivotal in helping clients build resilience, improve communication, and navigate challenges in their personal and relational lives.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience delivering clinical social work services.

• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds, fostering trust and engagement in the therapeutic process.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with telehealth platforms and familiarity with documentation requirements for remote service delivery are highly desirable. Additionally, familiarity with community resources in the Canby area can enhance our team's ability to connect clients with valuable external support.

Compensation and Benefits\n
