Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, symptoms, and factors affecting their well-being.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client-specific goals and apply a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that empower clients to make progress towards established therapeutic objectives and promote personal growth.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to provide accessible care and accommodate clients unable to visit the clinic physically.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation to meet ethical standards and ensure accurate tracking of client progress and treatment efficacy.

• Participate actively in supervision and team meetings to discuss cases and share best practices, contributing to a collaborative and cohesive work environment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
