Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to clients’ unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health care. Our clientele may include adults and children facing a variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, and substance abuse. Your role is to empower them through compassionate counseling and evidence-based practices that lead to meaningful change and improved quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.
