Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing mental health therapists to provide their expertise while maintaining a flexible work-life balance. Our outpatient office provides a collaborative and friendly atmosphere where mental health professionals can thrive and support each other. The regular work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs and schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique needs, and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy in one-on-one and group settings.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, addressing prevalent mental health issues while fostering community among participants.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, enhancing patient safety and well-being.

• Empower patients through education about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that support their recovery journey.

• Maintain transparent and accurate documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field; preference will be given to candidates with advanced degrees.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Georgia as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Demonstrable knowledge of various mental health disorders and treatment modalities.

• Experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and creating effective treatment plans.

• Proficient in providing therapy services to individuals and groups, with experience serving diverse populations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster trust and rapport with patients.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and exercise sound judgment in all situations.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
