Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop and implement individualized, recovery-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Continuously monitor and assess clients’ treatment progress, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate with clients to cultivate essential life skills, including coping strategies, communication techniques, and problem-solving methods.

• Educate clients about available community resources and advocate for their connection to these vital services.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that promote cognitive-behavioral techniques aimed at enhancing emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves individuals aged 18 and older experiencing mental health challenges that hinder their ability to thrive within their communities. You will work closely with clients dealing with various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Your work will involve establishing trust and rapport while applying effective treatment modalities to help clients regain stability and pursue independence.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, valid state license required from one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Exceptional ability to independently provide mental health services without supervision, with a clean record free from disciplinary actions.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and technology to facilitate virtual care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing direct clinical services within a community health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
