Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play a crucial role in implementing our outpatient treatment programs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate interactive and empathetic group sessions that encourage clients to share their experiences and learn from one another.

• Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized counseling aimed at helping clients explore their thoughts and emotions while developing actionable coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that account for their unique needs and preferences.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Team Collaboration: Communicate regularly with your peers in a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care effectively and consult on complex cases, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on young adults who are at critical junctures in their lives and may be struggling with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. By creating a supportive and understanding atmosphere, you will help them find their voices and reclaim their lives.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia.

• One year of experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably working with teens and young adults.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Familiarity with holistic approaches to mental health care, encompassing both mental and emotional well-being.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience.
