Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately assess clients' mental health status and identify their unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients empathetically and effectively.

• A strong organizational mindset, showcasing time-management skills necessary for balancing client caseloads efficiently.

• No record of disciplinary actions on your professional board.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community health setting, particularly conducting teletherapy or remote counseling services.

• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Demonstrated experience in crisis intervention and management.

• A background in group therapy facilitation is a plus.
